INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

This 60-minute Introduction to Mindfulness offers a clear, approachable entry point for beginners as well as a refresher for experienced practitioners. The class includes a short discussion and simple, grounding mindfulness and meditation practices that support presence, ease, and everyday application beyond the cushion.
