FOUNDATIONS OF MINDFULNESS

This course offers a clear and practical introduction to mindfulness—the simple practice of noticing what is happening as it is happening.
By learning how attention works, including the mind’s natural tendency toward distraction and negativity, participants begin to relate to their experience with greater clarity and kindness.
Even in a life where much is outside our control, mindfulness reveals small but meaningful choices in how we direct our attention, care for ourselves, and respond to the world around us.
Private Sessions
